Settings & workspaces

Settings is where you manage workspaces, your profile, and app-wide preferences.

A workspace is a budget — Munto supports multiple workspaces. A workspace switcher appears on most screens so you can jump between them quickly.

  • Switch — pick a different workspace from the switcher.
  • Create — give the new workspace a name and a currency (EUR, USD, GBP, or CHF).
  • Rename or change currency — edit the workspace’s name or currency at any time.
  • Delete — remove a workspace you no longer need. Deletion is blocked if it’s your only workspace; you must always keep at least one.

Manage your accounts — create, rename, archive, or delete them — from Accounts.

Edit your display name. Your email address is shown but read-only.

Each workspace has a unique invoice-ingest email address. Forward an email with an invoice attached to this address and Munto turns it into a bill. Copy the address or rotate it to generate a new one. See Invoices for the full flow.

Connect Munto to an AI assistant like Claude so it can read and act on your budget — generate a personal API token, or approve a claude.ai connector. Connected apps lists active OAuth grants, which you can revoke. See Connect via MCP for setup steps.

A read-only list of your budget categories, each shown with its color.

Choose your app language: Nederlands, English, Français, or Deutsch. Munto currently uses a light theme only.

Log out of your account from the bottom of Settings.

Send a bug report or feature request directly from the app (web).
